Jonny is an experienced sales director with 10 years in the medical and cosmetic field, building relationships with more than 250 hospitals/clinics in the UK both in the private sector and the NHS.
Jonny is always on the road, meeting customers old and new, to help them really maximise the ROI on their devices and advising how they expand their business offering still further, futureproofing their success.
HEAD OF TRAINING & EDUCATION
Lee-Ann has a National Diploma in Somatology obtained at the university of technology in Durban, South Africa. She has over 10 years experience in advanced aesthetics having worked closely alongside some of the best medical professionals in the UK and South Africa.
Lee-Ann is a hugely popular member of the Venn team as she travels the country showing clinics the full power of their devices through bespoke training sessions. Whether in front of 200 people at a product showcase, or in intense one-to-one sessions, Lee-Ann is always focussed giving the best, most up-to-the-minute information on all Venn devices.
Hailing from New Zealand, Hugh has been responsible for co-ordinating huge projects across the globe.
Now at Venn, Hugh is responsible for co-ordinating Venn's large network of operations across the UK ensuring prompt delivery, support and help when needed. Hugh also takes the lead on veterinary technology support making the most of his vast husbandry experience to address specialist vet practice needs in areas such as shockwave.
CUSTOMER & EDUCATION DIRECTOR
With Venn's commitment to providing ongoing support for the devices it supplies, it was vital to have a key team member dedicated to customer liaison.
Sarah is the key lead on all Venn Community projects such from providing CPD based events as well as individual sessions. With the Community's library of invaluable information expanding all the time, Sarah is finding it an exciting time for client support at Venn Healthcare.
Karen provides Venn with design and marketing support across all the busy sectors it works in with its customers. From shows, events and individual clinic presentations, Venn is always keen to help its customers achieve slick, professional material to help their business.
Cutting edge technology means that after-sales service from a device point of view is essential. Matt is a vastly experienced engineer in the medical and cosmetic device sector and is always on-hand to ensure customers get the prompt, focused and effective help they need to minimise down-time for their busy clinics.
