With 14 years in the medical and cosmetic device industry, Chris has forged powerful relationships with the leading manufacturers in this rapidly expanding industry and is dedicated to bringing maximum ROI to all Venn clients, building it into the most customer-focussed device supplier in the UK.

JONNY CAMPBELL | SALES DIRECTOR
Jonny is an experienced sales director with 13 years in the medical and cosmetic field, building relationships with more than 1000 hospitals/clinics in the UK both in the private sector and the NHS.
Jonny is always travelling up and down the country, meeting customers old and new, to help them really maximise the ROI on their devices and advising how they expand their business offering still further, future proofing their success.

LEE-ANN PALMER | HEAD OF TRAINING & EDUCATION – Aesthetics
Lee-Ann has a National Diploma in Somatology obtained at the university of technology in Durban, South Africa. She has over 15 years experience in advanced aesthetics having worked closely alongside some of the best medical professionals in the UK and South Africa.
Lee-Ann is a hugely popular member of the Venn team as she travels the country showing clinics the full power of their devices through bespoke training sessions. Whether in front of 200 people at a product showcase, or in intense one-to-one sessions, Lee-Ann is always focussed giving the best, most up-to-date information on all Venn devices.

JENNY TORNEY | National Sales & Clinical Training Manager
Jenny is an experienced Physiotherapist, having qualified in 2003 and has worked in hospital and musculoskeletal private practice settings in the UK. After moving to Australia in 2007, she gained extensive experience in orthopaedic medical device sales and business development and played a central role in the introduction and success of Storz ESWT therapy to physiotherapy, podiatry, sports medicine and orthopaedics in Australia.
She is passionate about building strong customer relationships, developing and delivering exceptional clinical education and helping customers realise not only the clinical but also the financial benefits of ESWT in practice.

BENOY MATTHEW | HEAD of Education – Shockwave
Specialist Physiotherapist – MSc MAACP MCSP HPC Registered. NeuroPulse TPS® / Shockwave Therapy Expert / Lower Limb (Extended Scope Practitioner) at NHS England
A physiotherapist of 23 years, working extensively in hospital, private practice and sporting settings within the UK, Asia and the Middle East. Having specialised in musculoskeletal care, he works in private practice and as Advanced Physiotherapist for the NHS. He has developed a special interest in treating complex lower limb pathologies, running injuries and chronic hip and groin patients. The majority of his private caseload is made up of recreational runners and overuse lower limb injuries. Ben is the education lead and shockwave therapy expert for Venn Healthcare Ltd.

SARAH CAMPBELL | MARKETING MANAGER
With 17 years experience in sales & marketing Sarah looks after all Venn’s marketing, advertising, website, social media and exhibitions. Sarah provides support to customers who require marketing resources to promote their new services and devices.

KAREN HITCHCOCK | MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Originally hailing from South Africa, Karen has a bachelors degree in graphic design and a certification in digital marketing. Karen provides Venn with graphics and marketing support across both aesthetics and medical markets. She also helps organise shows, events, and individual clinic presentations.

EMMA HANKEY | eDUCATION cOORDINATOR
With nearly 20 years experience in the customer service industry, Emma is responsible for looking after Venn’s education and events. She prides herself on being enthusiastic, welcoming and easy to talk to. Emma is passionate in ensuring all of our customers receive the best experience when joining the shockwave journey and is instrumental in maintaining our reputation as the largest and highest rated shockwave and aesthetic educator in the UK & Ireland.

GABBY VINSON | OPERATIONS MANAGER
Gabby has a degree in law with business from Nottingham Trent University. With vast experience within sales management. Gabby has been part of the Venn team since 2017 and ensures all our customers deliveries, installations, training, servicing and consumables are organised and timely. After sales care is what we are renowned for and Gabby ensures we run a tight ship!

KLAUDIA ZYSK | OPERATIONS & WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR
Originally from Poland, Klaudia graduated from Polish Air Force University and has since had five years’ experience working in warehouse environments. She works closely with Gabby and is responsible for assisting operations and supporting the sales and administration side of the business.
Along with Gabby, Klaudia works hard to ensure Venn’s deliveries, servicing and repairs are on time and to the best standard possible.

MATT HITCH | HEAD SERVICE ENGINEER
Cutting edge technology means that after-sales service from a device point of view is essential. Matt is a vastly experienced engineer in the medical and cosmetic device sector and is always on-hand to ensure customers get the prompt, focused and effective help they need to minimise down-time for their busy clinics.

VALENTINE SOKOLI | Service Engineer
Val is an experienced engineer in the medical and cosmetic device sector and is always on-hand to ensure customers get the prompt, focused and effective help they need to minimise down-time for their busy clinics. Val instals repairs and arranges servicing contracts for customers.

RICHARD THOMPSON | Service Engineer
Richard, another of our adept engineers, collaborates closely with Matt and Val to provide customers with timely, attentive, and efficient assistance, aiming to minimise disruptions for their bustling clinics. Richard excels in installing, repairing, and coordinating maintenance agreements for clients, ensuring their devices function optimally.

ZOE JOLLEY | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING MANAGER
Zoe has been in the beauty and aesthetics industry for over 10 years, gaining a wealth of experience in a practitioner role for a leading cosmetic surgery company to management in some of the most well known chains in the UK. This has given Zoe a clear understanding of what a client is looking for on their journey to discovering new business opportunities.

AGOTA LUKACSI | Aesthetic sales & training
Originally from Hungary, Agota has more than 20 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetic industry. She has worked in a wide range of settings including cruise ships and high end spas and aesthetic clinics in London. Also part of Lee-Ann’s team, Agota also trains our customers to be able to confidently use their new devices.
