Meet Helen Stanton: VINNO Clinical Applications Specialist
Helen Stanton has a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound and a BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography. She joins Venn Healthcare as Clinical Applications Specialist for VINNO Ultrasound.
Helen brings extensive clinical, leadership and educational experience to the role.
Her clinical background includes general ultrasound, gynaecology, early pregnancy and ESWL, alongside previous experience in obstetric ultrasound.
Helen has also spent more than a decade providing clinical education and mentoring to undergraduate and postgraduate students, trainee doctors, consultants and healthcare professionals, as well as gaining experience as an Associate Lecturer in higher education.
That combination of clinical practice and education is particularly valuable when supporting clinicians with ultrasound technology.
As Helen explains:
“Good applications training isn’t simply about learning how an ultrasound machine works. It’s about understanding what the clinician is trying to achieve, then helping them optimise the system and their workflow to get the best from it.”
Why Does Ultrasound Applications Training Matter?
